About the Role

working on jobs in Perth. The Supervisor works alongside the team’s estimators, project coordinators, contractors/suppliers and key stake holders and reports to the Perth State Manager.

  • Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
  • Liaising with all stakeholders to provide regular updates
  • Attending and chairing site meetings with circulation of minutes
  • Engaging trades and monitoring progress
  • Forecasting monthly revenue according to project completion dates
  • Preparing schedules
  • Quality assurance
  • Adherence to WH&S standards
  • Client liaison
  • Managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients
  • Working with our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers

Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (required):

  • Certificate III Carpentry and Building or equivalent
